DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends, Christmas and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rate
We ship to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Ireland). Any orders with shipping addresses based outside of our delivery region will be cancelled and your payment card will be refunded.
Purchases of digital items such as gift cards / gift subscriptions do not contribute towards the free delivery threshold.
How do I check the status of my order?
We currently ship using Tap in and they will send tracking information to your email address and/or phone number.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damage and delivery
In the event that there are any issues with your delivery i.e., damaged or missed deliveries, please email us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after delivery/attempted delivery) at info@bombsquadbeer.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Modifications of Orders
Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order.
This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and at time of fulfilment be charged the full or remaining balance.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled up to 48 hours prior to the fulfilment. If the order has been fulfilled and in the process of being dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order. We reserve the right to fulfil orders earlier than originally scheduled and communicated to you.

Modification to orders
In the situation you need to edit an order that is being processed, this might be possible, depending on when we receive and process the information. Modifications or cancellation requests raised within six (6) hours of an order being placed can usually be honoured. We advise to contact us via phone should your request be within our opening hours.
Orders which have left the warehouse cannot be modified and/or cancelled.
